We commit to delivering high-quality coffee, which we recommend brewing at least a week after its roast date.

Refunds and Returns

If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days for a refund, excluding postage costs. Faulty goods will be refunded under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 if returned within a reasonable time.

Your privacy is vital to us. We don't share, sell, or distribute your information. We process credit card payments through Stripe, ensuring the confidentiality of your financial information.
