We roast and ship these coffees at the beginning of each month so all new orders placed will be not be shipped immediately. Highlight subscription offers a chance to try different varieties and processing methods from a number of different countries. With each delivery, you will receive 2 bags of our chosen coffee of the month. Seasonal Filter subscription offers our current choice for Unit Fourteen but roasted lighter. Unit Fourteen is our house coffee which changes a few times throughout the year.
