Muzambinho Collective brings together harvests from 3 neighbouring farms between 1000-1150 masl: Sítio Córrego do Pinhal, Sítio Ribeirãozinho, and Fazenda Campestre. Located in and around Muzambinho, a town in the Sul de Minas region of Brazil, the area is renowned for its rolling terrain, reliable harvest seasons, and long history of coffee cultivation
This lot forms part of an evolving project developed by our import partners Nordic Approach over the past 2 years, working alongside local exporters in Muzambinho to identify exceptional coffees at an early stage. Within this project, coffees are first cupped and graded, before the best are sorted by size and evaluated again to identify the lots with the most clarity and complexity. By separating these coffees from larger commercial flows, contributing producers receive recognition and premium payments, helping to strengthen long-term relationships and sustainability. The warm, dry days in the region create the perfect conditions for natural processing. Cherries are harvested between June and August, then dried intact before the fruit is removed to encourage a deep sweetness and full body. This coffee reflects both the best of Brazilian naturals and the evolving ambitions of the communities behind them.
